Join venture - Cashing out paypal

I am looking to JV with someone who gets regular, medium to large amounts of paypal they need to cashout.

No more details here. PM me if interested and explain to me the SOURCE of your paypal. I dont care about the source but I require you to be straight with me or this wont workout.

So the deal is that you get the cash out of the account and pay in notes?
