Job will pay $400-$500 a month depending on experience.

Permanent fulltime position 30 to 40 hours per week

Job duties are but not limited to:

    • Managing e-mail accounts for 40+ employees
    • Managing and banlancing SMTP relays
    • Managing Godaddy control panel
    • Managing cPanel
    • Managing MX records
    • Cloning and launching wordpress sites
    • Photoshop design
    • HTML, CSS and some PHP involved with wordpress
    • Search engine optiimization
    • Search engine marketing
    • Internet Reputation Management
    • Managing 5 employees in the Philippines via skype
    • Creating lead capture and landing pages
    • E-mail marketing
    • Ability to handle phone conferences and brainstorming sessions with multiple clients
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to think outside the box
    • Logging work and maintaining G docs
    • Social networking experience
I currently work for a multi-million dollar company that makes most of their profits in offline marketing. However, I have been working for them the past two years and they are looking to drastically expand online. I've convinced them to let me hire a right hand man that can help me out. I need someone that is extremely hard working, reliable and trustworthy. This is a steady paycheck and decent money for some people on this forum. I am hoping to hire a member on BHW.

Some of the skills above can be learned pretty fast so not all are mandatory. However, the skills you absolutely must possess are

    • Photoshop design
    • HTML, CSS and some PHP involved with wordpress
    • Search engine optiimization
    • Search engine marketing
    • Creating lead capture and landing pages
    • E-mail marketing
    • Ability to handle phone conferences and brainstorming sessions with multiple clients
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to think outside the box
    • Social networking experience

I think the rest can be learned fairly fast.

I'd have to insist on only reputable members applying that have proved themselves. Please only apply if you possess the mandatory skills and are profeicient at them.

Your schedule does not have to be exact, but it does need to be set so you are working at least 4 hours during the day Arizona time.

PM me and I will give you a small questionaire to fill out. After that, if I decide to go further I'll communicate with you on skype.

    @Mods

I hope this is ok to post. Please let me know if not and I'll edit. I can also provide references and proof of hundreds of on time payments via western union receipts that I have paid to my employees in the Philippines.

Didn't ask for anyone's opinions or what I should pay. I also didn't ask for counter offers. I've simply presented an opportunity...

Applicants, please post that you have applied here.

    Thanks,
    flexnds

Those hours and that salary are rediculous, For somebody living in uk as the currency exchange means we would only get about £200-£300 a month meaning the state benefits pay you the same to sit on your bum and do absolutley nothing. Ill take the latter thanks. Forgive me if I have offended you, just the truth thats all.

Anyone with that skillset should be earning 10x that "salary" on their own, best of luck in your search.

People aren't saying it to being insulting, but if you could do all that stuff, you'd be making a ton more than $100 a week working for someone else.

i hope you meant $400-500 per week, that'd be borderline slavery for this kind of money regardless where you reside

I think a lot of that looks pretty standard and could easily be outsourced to the Philippines for that price. Not everyone want to run their own business; some prefer to be employed. But I'm always surprised that these threads show up on BHW since this site is more entrepreneurial in nature.

    Getting plenty of applicants.

How come everytime someone posts to hire people on this forum everyone not even applying chimes in to say what they think, and how much money they are worth and this and that.

Starting to get pissed off. But, because I enjoy the BHW community I will bite my tongue.

And, just because you possess those skills don't mean you are making money. Many members on this forum have decent skills but lack the capital to really scale their methods.

Not only that, but if you look at the mandatory skills

    Photoshop design
HTML, CSS and some PHP involved with wordpress
    Search engine optiimization
    Search engine marketing
Creating lead capture and landing pages
    E-mail marketing
Ability to handle phone conferences and brainstorming sessions with multiple clients
    Excellent communication skills
Ability to think outside the box
    Social networking experience

You will see I didn't say you must be an SEO expert or an SEM expert. I simply stated they must possess the skills. I think everyone could agree that there are many different skill levels when it comes to each of these. I also believe that you can also learn from other people. So the fact that they have any SEO skills would be great. However, design would be number one.

Finally, thank you! Plus REP for you. And i agree with the entrepreneurial. I don't want someone that just shows up for work. I want someone with ideas willing to learn and implement stratagies. And fine if they are not happy with their salary, who is? They can now take that 500 a month and invest in their own stuff if they want after they finish their work day with me. Shit, I do it. I take all money from my clients and invest into my projects including pimping my office.

I hired one of those outsource companies from BHW - they were based in the Philippines : they couldn't copy/paste 6 things an hour

So your going to be hard pressed to find anyone that can do all that - for that price point.

    Good Luck With It.

No - that is not what I said at all.

I was saying that a professional operation with managers could only output a very small amount of work per hour at that price point -- so clearly they are not attracting candidates qualified enough.

You probably have to hike the pay.... cheers

I second all the criticism, @flexnds.

Half of what you are offering is what i pay for my internet connection every Month!

    You say
You forget they will be tied to your work 8 hours each day, after 40 hours a week of work you too would feel like taking a weekend break.

Best Bet is for $400/month You'll get a pretty decent freelancer, with a shitty internet connection probably tucked away in God knows where-land, who knows nothing besides tinkering with graphics, and has a whole lot to learn when it comes to sparring as an online VA.

If $400 is all your company can spew out for their online expansion then they are not yet ready.

Alternatively you could just tailor down the list of requisites, and hours to match the price. Then you can find something what a "butter". Efficiency is Hard to find Bro, Trust Me!

You know what´s the problem. Your thread OP is insulting.

Man you are paying $3 an hour. To all who decide to take the job. Go to starbucks (local coffee shop) and get yourself a job there for at least $4 an hour. And for every $2 you earn, invest in projects based on your knowledge you already have, because you applied for this position.

If everyone who applied would be doing 40 hours SEO a week, everyone would be making 4 figures in no time - if not more.
Fuck this really pissed me off. You are treating everyone here as a fucking "low work force".

If you are looking to outsource do smart outsourcing
Never ever outsource all things to one guy.

even if you get someone at that price in 2 months he will kick your ass and take your clients.
