{JOB] Need A MySQL Wizard to help with a query performance issue

Do you know MySQL like the back of your hand? Joins? Composite indexes? Things like this? If so then I need your help. I have a complicated join query that's taking over 12 minutes to return over 6 million rows of data. As table b grows I fear this time will increase. If you can cut the query time down for me significantly I'll paypal you. Price is negotiable.

Can you please send me this query, table/tables structure, avg amount of data that you have in each table that have to be used in query and of course what data you want to get from DB using your query.
