Job for an SEO EXPERT

I am looking for an SEO expert who can guarantee me a number one position in Google for a certain keyword.
I only need it ranked in Swedish version of Google.
Any techniques are fine but preferably white and grey hat.
Keyword has about 2 million results and it is an ADULT keyword and is relatively competitive.
You can have anything you need from unique content to dedicated server and IP?s and aged domains.
