Does anyone know if jewelry from China is trademarked or anything? For example tiffany necklaces that look identical to the ones these Chinese suppleirs are selling. Are we legally allowed to sell them here or will we get in trouble? Not saying I'm going to say it is a Tiffany just necklaces/pendants that are identical

I know where to get it I am just asking if it is legal to sell it in America if it looks identical to a big brand

The product you are talking need to be first informed officially or legally to government. If they pass it sure you can sell it.
