Send Payoneer that screenshot, in the UK it's against the law to do a false chargeback. It's classed as fraud. HSBC had to put an automated message on once saying any false claims will be reported to the police.

Payoneer will 100% report him to the police as I'm sure fraud is illegal in their country. And it costs payoneer to deal with a chargeback in the first place, it negatively affects payoneer when people do false claims.

Pretty sure you can submit a DMCA request to google and their hosting provider as well as that work is your intellectual property until he pays?

He has his domain with godaddy, and his hosting provider is siteground. Let them know.

Yes definitely I will explore all these options after I get Payoneer convinced. Its bad dude its really awful to see your work exploited in such a manner and it kills your desire to work more.

I understand mate, it's extremely immoral for people to do that. But the internet is full of immoral people. They can hide behind a screen where they are not judged by people they know.

Definitely try to punish him as much as possible. Countries don't like scammers either as it affects their tourism, so they do try their best with policing with it.
