I've waited for ScrapeBox license validation for 3 weeks and still waiting.. Do You also ?

    Hi everyone,


    As I said in the title, I've been waiting for ScrapeBox validation for 3 weeks and still waiting.
    Actually it's for a re-validation because I had to reformat my computer.

    During those 3 weeks, I've sent him 4 validation requests (via ScrapeBox itself) and 3 emails via the website support but I had 0 response :confused:



    Do you guys also have problem to join the SB team (SweetFunny) ?


    (SweetFunny, if you read this, it would be very cool if you could just validate my license :rolleyes: Please just PM me and I send you the details you need)


    I planned to use SB a lot just after the reformatting of my PC, for massive backlinks building....


    If someone could tell me what's happening or if someone have problems to join the support/SweetFunny, it would be very very appreciated, thanks ;)

    That isn't like Sweetfunny at all, he/she is usually right on top of that. Send a PM and see if that helps.

    I do agree. Everytime I needed some help, he answered me very fast, that's why I'm surprised but also so patient. I have to say that he looks very nice. :D
    About PM's, SweetFunny doesn't accept them anymore, I've already tried. He should have too many PM's for sure.

    So did I ! It was super fast and the first reactivation too.


    Then maybe it is because of that : I asked for a reactivation after I reformated my PC and I get it less than 12 hours after.
    But I had problems with activations of music/guitar softwares licences, so I had to reload an old ghost with my working softwares, except Scrapebox of course.

    I asked for a second reactivation something like 2 days after and that's what I'm waiting for (3 weeks).

    However, I would like to be notified if he cannot reactivate it before a while. I prefer to know I will have the reactivation later than waiting without knowing what's happening. :rolleyes:


    I hope it will be fixed soon cause I have everything set but I can't do mass blog commenting :(

    The best non obvious thing about SB is the support so i suppose there might have been some kind of problem with your payment.

    Try to contact him with all the payment details and attach the paypal transaction details.

    Yes ok but I'm talking about a re-activation :D

    As I said in the first post, during those 3 weeks, I've sent him 4 validation requests (via ScrapeBox itself) and 3 emails via the website support and he doesn't accept PM's anymore :rolleyes:

    What I didn't say at the first place (but I did in my second post here), it is a second re-activation (2 days after the first re-activation, I had to reformat my pc again).

    As it is for a re-activation after the reformatting of my computer, the paiement for SB happened very well (it was 6 months ago, something like that)

    As I said in the first post, I already did 4 validation requests via ScrapeBox itself. :D
    And everytime I filled the 3 forms, i.e. the full name, the Paypal address and the PP ID. But still nothing :(



    That's why I have opened this thread, because I did all I could and multiple times.
    However, today I've sent him an email directly by using the email address he used to answer a question I asked a while ago.
    So I hope I'll have some news in the next 2 days.

    Maybe it is because I have requested 2 re-activations in a couple of days, as UltimateSEO told me.

    UltimateSEO was right ! I've just had the answer to my email (I could did that much much sooner :rolleyes:).

    Answer :


    "Hi Philippe

    ScrapeBox can only be transferred once per month for free that's why more transfers don't work, however the transfers database will be reset on the 1st Feb."




    So Tuesday it will work again !!! Yes !! at last :D



    However, he could told me that much before... 4 requests via SB, 3 emails via the website support, and 3 weeks without news. Hopefully I had his email address.
    The weird thing is he answered to my email so fast ! Anyway.. :)

    cant be more right about that, I hate it when services/companies/people don't provide the service until you start bringing their business/shadiness on a public forum, then they seem to be your servant and do everything as requested to leave their company looking not-so-bad

    I guess thats what business has come to these days, "Ill take your money and ignore you unless you make a thread about it"

    I do think the same thing for the most of compagnies and services but not for Scrapebox.

    Actually I didn't want to say that I had to make it public to have an answer (In fact I don't think that he/they read this thread), I just wanted to have answer from BH'ers who had or have the same problem.

    I definitely think that Sweetfunny and his team are honnest.
    In fact, according to his answer, I understood that he really didn't see my requests via SB itself, because the database resets automatically every 1st of the month.

    But I do agree that he could answer to my email I sent via his website support...
    I know that if we exceed a transfer or a re-activation license, we should pay something.
    So he could simply tell me that I could pay or wait (I would prefer to pay something like $5/10 and not wait 3 weeks :( cause 3 weeks is a lot of money not earned).


    However, you are right for the most of compagnies, and actually I had to do it once to have a refund... I hate doing that but what can I do against a dishonnest guy...

    I did reply to you days ago, check your @free.fr email's spam folder because i see you quoted the email i sent today to your @hotmail.fr email address.

    And i hate it when people don't take 2 seconds to read but can spend all the time in the world complaining.

    It's written on the front page of the site, it's written on the discount page, it's written on the policy page, it's written on the "How to Transfer" your license page, it's written on the FAQ page which people are told to read "before" contacting support, and it's also mentioned in the email received after doing the first transfer.

    You know if i didn't get flooded with hundreds of emails a day already answered in the FAQ, it would free up a lot of time to help the people with real issues and actually do things that benefit the whole ScrapeBox userbase instead of making everyone lose out.

    Umm....i've transfered sb plenty of times and everytime within 24 hrs.

    I can personally vouch for Scrapebox suppport. They have the best support . Their response to your queries is lightning fast. I think there is some kind of problem in your payment and I am sure sweetfunny will be more than willing to help you out.

    Hi SweetFunny ;) ! I've checked my spam folders every day multiple times on @free.fr but seriously, I had nothing.

    That being said, my @free.fr already had some reception issues in the past so it is possible.
    To be more specific, there are a few email address that my @free.fr box doesn't acccept, very weird.
    But if it doesn't accept some emails from particular address, it's for ever and it does accept it is for ever as well.
    So as I already had some emails/answers from you on my @free.fr, normally it had to accept your last email(s).

    That's why I really thought you didn't answered at all.

    However as I knew this reception problem, I wrote to you trough your website support form, from my @hotmail.fr box and I expected an answer on it (this one works perfectly and there was nothing, neither in the spam).

    Note : I'm talking about my re-activation requests as I did have an answer today on it :cool:


    Anyway I do trust you and in your support, you answered super fast today and I really appreciate ;) ( I can't wait for tomorrow :drive:)

    I have an important question, and I ask you here, like that everybody know how to do it, if you don't mind :


    In the first email I received on my @free.fr address, when you answered that my ScrapeBox license has been transferred, you say at the end :

    "Please note, as stated in our license agreement excessive license changes may occur a nominal fee."

    but you also send me this (today on my @hotmail.fr) :

    "ScrapeBox can only be transferred once per month for free that?s why more transfers don?t work (...)"

    It seems pretty confused to me :rolleyes:


    So I would like to know what to do if I have to re-activate a second time before the 30 days.

    Do you ask a fee for twice in a month and if yes how much ?

    Where do we have to ask you for it, from the website support form ?



    Because as I am a musician before all :rock:, reformatting or loading a ghost is something I often do (like every musicien who use a PC for their music).
    Too bad that we lose the activation of Scrapebox when we load a ghost...
