Will Google penalize my website or even penalize the other persons website who I copied?

I've translated it myself and I did not use google translator, if thats what you are thinking..

The main question here is - If I put the content on completely different domain --- Will google view it as duplicate content?

Any help will be much appreciated! =)

    Thanks

It will be seen as unique content. Google does use synonyms but not cross-language synonyms (if thats a thing).

Go ahead and put the content on your site then get cracking on off site SEO. You should be fine.

Google is likely to find out that it's a duplicate but they allow this as long as the other site is for different users from a different country.
