Looking for any advice on converting this type of traffic. On a good month I can have up to 1mil unique hits. I'll fill you in about the the source of this traffic in PM.

Search BHW for "chat traffic" + "dating" + "network"
Once you start digging you'll find a few. Anywhere from $30 to $65 PPS is expected.
And if you don't like PPS, there are a few PPL but they're rare.
I've noticed most PPL offers say NO CHAT TRAFFIC. I sent it anyway. Got paid for almost a full year before they took me off the offer. YMMV
Crakrevenue I think has some PPL offers that are chat friendly. Your aff manager will usually talk to you if the traffic doesn't convert well enough on the back end and work with you in attempt to raise it assuming you are pushing good volume.
For PPS look at bigbucksrevenue mmdcash glasscash theres some others i don/t know off top of my head

There's chat traffic, and then there's chat traffic.
Free trial / age verification offers work well for both types, but no network will like manual chat traffic going to their PPL offers.
 
I've been sending chat traffic to Money Lovers for years. They have free trail dating and cam offers that convert great with chat.
 
Adult dating offers are definitely the way to go. Great conversion rates compared to cams overall.

Adult sites, escorting sites, mega personal, skip the games, erotic monkey, instagram, twitter(probably the most traffic), I have an all my links landing page I can add on my instagram so not to get banned

May be should convert it into type of service. Publish static page with your service information and then you can buy advertising on the micro task sites or may be google if they allow it.

You can offer packages, create a proper streamline on how this will work for the buyer. Showcase the benefits of having your services into their business.
 
as said before send it to dating, cam girls and erotic offers if that's the type of chat that's done their...good thing is that most of this chat sites even let you geo target.
did this back when omegle was still alive. if one of the first questions normally asked is a/s/l ...send them to dating / cams

glasscash is now defunct.
i guess they finally sold it. the affiliate link in footer of glasscams now goes to adultfriendfinder affiliate.
