So I've spent quite some time collecting data on people of my town, categorised by email or phone no, interests, postcode and wealth.

Ive matched every account to a Facebook account to be used on a custom audience for targeting and for the first few days it's indeed working fantastically as I promote some local businesses to them directly, cutting through the rif raf of people I know won't spend.

Now I'm looking for ideas to better utilize my list of names. I could of course call, email or stealth target them with ads when they're online.

My current ideas are to build my own brand awareness. (Digital services)

Sell high profit items such as websites.

What would you do if you had a list of the wealthiest people in your city?

Ok I should mention within the realms of the law! I.e not reselling or exposing the emails to anything they didn't sign up for. They have all agreed to receive marketing info though so that's a broad enough spectrum of possibilities I think!

Local Real Estate agents would love your list

I guess selling real estate and my own digital services are easy options; I thought maybe guys here had some more creative ideas :) the ability to show exactly who you want your message without them knowing they're hand picked has got to be a little more useful than regular marketing or direct contact.
