I've been using JAP for a long time and yesterday Someone sneaked in my account and purchased up to 80$ and can't get refund from JAP

Hello Everyone.

This is my first blog on BHW and I'm going to share a new experience with JustAnotherPanel.
I spent more than 3.6K USD with jap and yesterday I got shocked that someone signs in into my account and purchased about 80$ of services in JAP and all of them are followers to an Instagram account and directly I opened a ticket on and the first thing they answered so late and this is what they told me "we are not sure how they were made, I'm sorry, maybe change your account password Thank you for using JAP! "
And I'm 100% positive that no one hacked my mac or used my password because no one knows it and also I live alone so no one opened my account and purchased followers.
They told me that one order is refunded partially and the other one is still processing and they didn't cancel it yet.
I'm still shocked how someone can use my JAP account and purchase followers.
I changed my password and API but still, I don't trust JAP now for my balance.

*UPDATE*

Today they answered with this:
"Hello!

sir i am fixing the order for you. It is not our fault that you had a misplaced order. I am checking if a refund can be done even though we CLEARLY state in our terms that misplaced and running orders cannot be refunded. I have sent a request for nonetheless and we are doing our best to fix it for you.

Last message and they closed the ticket:

249746562 is completed, refund is not possible I am sorry
I did try to refund it for you but it was rejected, Please check our terms for more info

Lol. they took all their time to wait until the order gets completed then they answered my ticket and they closed it!!!

I hope everyone knows about this bullshit about JAP.
