Once the website get success (huge traffic), "my partner" changed all the pasword and delete me on skype. Do you have any idea of what i can do now ? Neg SEO the dickhead, and build up a similar site. It sounds like you are the one who did all the work and he isn't capable, so he will probably just throw in the towel.

If he's here, Shit List him.
If he's not, use the contract you agreed to against him.
If there's no contract...remember this mistake and move on.

Always get something upfront. Live and learn. How'd you know you're not the first person he scammed?

    Who owns the domain name?
Do you have a backup copy of the website?

You can put an exact duplicate of the website up, and outrank him with SEO. From what I've read, Google doesn't care about duplicate content or who the original author is. You could submit DMCA letters for all of "his" content.

You could also "out" all of his sites, and start trying to get them banned from FB or wherever.

Finally, build a cheap bot to click his ad-sense ads, and get his account banned.

Post all identifying information on him on ripoffreport, and make your own little wordpress site with all of that information also. Chances are very good that his identifying information (name, address, phone number, email, skype id, etc...) is unique and not in high competition, so that if anyone ever google's his data, your site calling him a scammer shows up.

If/when he "breaks" and gives back your site, and once it is secured, blackmail him for a good amount of money, say $5,000 as punishment and to compensate you for your time & trouble. If/when he pays that, don't take down the site, and continue to fuck him.

Post articles in local sites, offering money to people to find and injure him, and then email him links so that he can see what you are doing. It doesn't matter if you find anyone or not; he will think that you are, and it will make him paranoid. Also, find out the names, addresses and phone numbers of anyone that knows him. Neighbors, relatives, etc... and call them on the phone and exert as much pressure on them as possible. Tell them that you are a government agent doing and investigation, and that they must cooperate with you or they will face criminal charges and spend time in prison. Make sure they understand that HE (whoever he is) is responsible for this. You don't have to tell them any of the story about you & him. All you need to do is apply pressure, and that pressure will naturally find him of it's own accord.

The overall strategy here is to take this thing you have, your problem, and make it his problem too. Right now, you have the problem, and he has the website. Your overall goal is to make him have a problem too. When his problem becomes so big that it would be easier for him to do what you want than to continue to have a problem, he will do what you want.

Have a female call his wife/girlfriend and tell her that she is pregnant with his child. Have a man call his mother and have him explain how the two of them are gay lovers, and ask for her permission to live together as two gay men. Outrageous shit like that; things that completely destabilize his lifestyle. Send a colorfully-wrapped box wrapped with ribbons to his house as a gift, and inside the box is a dead cat. Or better, a whole box of dead cat heads. Something truly horrific. Something that will make him remember for the rest of his life. Something that will teach him that there are some people in this world that you just don't fuck with.

Tons of great advice here, especially from Nigel Farage who seems to have been on that end of the stick too. I too happened to have been nearly scammed just like the OP described. Luckily, I saw the air of ways of this clown and cut loose before I even finished the project with him. Def use ROR and rip him off"
