    Hello everyone!

I just recently quit my last freelance job/contract and decided that I would start going full-steam ahead with YouTube again like I did back in 2014.

To celebrate my newfound freedom, I figured I would answer some questions regarding YouTube on BlackHatWorld!

Ask me any questions you have about YouTube and I'll do my best to answer them!

Good that you want to share your knowledge, but only because you've been on youtube for 7 years does not mean you have knowledge about it.

    Tell us more.
How many channels did you manage.

What are the ways you promoted these channels and their videos.

What was the biggest growth in these channels in terms of subscribers due to your work. (Of one channel and all channels).

What is a tip you can give to new channels that is unconventional or not mentioned alot.

    Things like that.

Do you believe there are sponsorships that aren't public? (that's not legal afaik)
For example, Shmee buying a 500k car every other month, perhaps car dealers are giving him great deals so he can make their brand popular in his videos?

What was your method on growing channels from scratch and what is your opinion about the current youtube update that made ranking really difficult?

Around $7000- I didn't do it full time, maybe only worked 5 hours per. week.

Yes, 100%. A lot of YouTubers DO know you have to disclose every sponsorship deal and still don't do it. As for the example you used of buying new cars, think about it logically- nobody is spending $500K per. month on a new car- they're getting deals from the dealers for 1-month terms in exchange for the publicity.

Depends on what you think is a success. I made over $7000 working 20 hours per. month, got over 7 million organic views, got the opportunity to learn a lot of great YouTube secrets from a variety of different YouTubers...

    For a brand new channel:
    1. Pick a niche.
    2. Create a list of 12 videos you can make for the month at the start of each month.
    3. Post 3 videos per. week per. month.
    4. Make sure your channel appears professional- no Microsoft paint looking banners and profile pictures.
    5. Have good YouTube video SEO right off the bat- this will allow you to gain views over an extended period of time.
    6. Utilize social media (Seriously, social media is the #1 best way to grow a small channel, growing a following on Twitter is much easier than growing a following directly on YouTube).

Ranking isn't difficult if you're trying to rank for the right keywords. People with 3 subscribers cannot compete with channels who have 100,000 subscribers, so why even bother trying to out-rank a large channel's videos? As a small channel, the objective is to target and rank for long-tail keywords. If you rank 12 videos for 12 long-tail keywords that get 100 searches each per. month, you have an opportunity at getting 1200 views per. month as a tiny channel. Don't try ranking for competitive keywords until you're getting over 3000 views on every video and your SEO is on point.

What about buying software's for promotion of the video, like video blaster pro software and many other blasters on the market. What would you suggest, is it alright spending spending 100 bucks on these software's ?

Is that 7k in 7 years?

Additionally, is all revenue from youtube ads or are you pulling revenue from affiliate links or something else?

Yes, 7K in 7 years or 1K per. year. I would say I made 2K through Adsense on my own videos and the other 5K from managing YouTube channels for other people. Where I went wrong was not determining what path I wanted to take. If I would have just focused on my own channels, I would have made more than 7K just from Adsense in 7 years. If I would have just focused on managing people's channels, I could have made at least 12K per. year ($200 per. month per. customer, 5 customers per. month for example).

I would save my money OR spend the money on buying ads on YouTube. Here's my theory: the software you buy will basically do things for you that you can do for yourself in not much more time. So a software will download videos for you- you can do this for yourself for free. So the software will generate tags for your videos for you- you can do this for free. The only good YouTube "software" I know of is TubeBuddy or VidIQ. Mass Video Blaster or Tuberank Jeet aren't worth the money because they're basically just tools that will save you a couple of minutes of work.

It depends on what your channel was suspended for. If it was suspended for copyright issues than just move on and make a new channel. If it was suspended for something else than you'll want to contact YouTube support. Honestly and truthfully, it's easier to just make a new channel. Unless you had a channel making like $1000 per. month, what's the point in going through the long process of contacting YouTube's support team.

What is the secret of remain our channel alive after we associate it with adsense. Youtube somehow closed our channels without any warnings! We are really tired of making new cjannel.

If you don't mind sharing, what was your niche?
