I've switched to wordpress recently that has been very easy for me to set up.

I was using plugins to create functionality that I desired, and I have now been hacked not once, but TWICE in the last 4 months.

Anyone know of a way for me to scan my godaddy server? Almost like a virus scan on a computer?

I had to remove everything, but i'm still worried there might still be a trojan sitting there somewhere.

If a plugin is on the wordpress.org site, is it safe to use? Any suggestions?

There is tons of content @ wordpress on how to secure your site as well as a few plugins... My advice is for you to delete any scripts your not using, have/change different passwords for all websites / databases etc... and contact godaddy support to see if they can track down what happened.

Like Hijink said above, I'd definitely contact GoDaddy Support to see if they can track down what happened.
