I've been hacked...I think

So I go to check on one of my sites...and I find that every single on of my sites on a hosting account has been changed to the index page of

http://www.inspiringgreenleadership.com/

Every single site, which isn't much of my important sites on this host...the login ftp I cant get into anymore and it all turns up to that URL above...the content. Then there's a link to the newsletter at

http://postpeakliving.com/

I'm half way drunk, just yelled at the gf, and I'm pretty pissed.

Just looking for some direction of what to do on to be safe to protect my other online accounts, bank access, etc. This is the first time this has happened to me, just looking for some pointers from bhw.

Well if ftp login doesn't work anymore .they've used a brute attack software and guessed your password by dictionary comparision OR you have a keylogger on your computer that saves all the pass you enter
Advice: Do a Check on your pc with latest antivirus updates
Use strong passwords like Il0ve69pussY

Oh and change all your other passwords ASAP or better ask your gf to do it coz if you're drunk, tomorrow you'll not remember the passwords you changed today .haha
