I'm getting stronger broskis and siskebabs :D. And I'm getting addicted to kundalini bliss: http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/kundalini-bliss-addicts.html#.WM4sv9KGPMw

I've been missing the blissful sensations I would get and felt like everything I was doing was kind of stupid while I'm not really feeling much progress in my ball. I feel like somehow, my subconscious knows when I'm losing "core" motivation so I've been having a couple of interesting days.. as well as an awesome, awesome out of body experience.

So, yesterday I was wandering around town feeling kind of "meh" because the girl I was supposed to meet blew me off (lmao) and to be honest my third eye was acting up and pulsing so I was out of it. I saw a casino and said fuck it. Went in and sat at a roulette table.

Guys, the second I sat down the machines near me stopped working - from the slots to the automatic roulette table. It was nearly half the floor. The managers were scrambling around to figure out wtf was going on. So there I was, inhaling the stale second hand smoke for 30 odd minutes when I decided to try to connect with the roulette table.

I slowed it down :D waahah. Damn that's the heaviest thing I've tried to affect and it was kind of surreal to see the thing getting affected.

Eventually, one of the managers kept coming over to where I was sitting and after messing with my computer, got the place to run again.

I ended up losing my $1 :D (100 shillings) but it was a fun :).

Then this morning, I was in the state between sleep and being awake and was feeling the electricity rip roaring around my arms - trying to control it and move it to different parts when I started getting the heavenly, heavenly sensations known as kundalini bliss in my perineum....in my heart, in my third eye, it was so wonderful to feel it again. And intense because the second it would grow, the pleasure would become so intense that I'd automatically "shrink back" from it haha. Felt the electric energy swirling around my lower dan tian ball which was pretty cool - but I'm kind of used to that.

I was playing with the electricity, the bliss and I'd start to feel my astral hands slipping out of my physical body and hovering a bit away. I rolled out of my body and went to see what was on my "computer". I tried to make a google search and it kept giving an error and said "don't you mean dragon ball (something unintelligible)". Lmao, wtf? I clicked on it and promptly passed out then "woke up" with a front row seat to an episode of dragon ball z I've never ever seen before. I was literally inside the episode watching as a single point. It was awesome hahahh. Man!!!

    I love meditation :D, and I was dumb for thinking I wasn't progressing :p.

Yay! Finally got to 1 hour of full lotus meditation (split into 3 sessions) + other hours doing half and lying down meditating. YES :). Now I want to get to 1 hour of the full lotus continuously. I'm very wary of hurting my knees long-term but I'm hoping the chi buildup makes up for it.

And yes, it's easily twice as effective as the half lotus. Seriously. Every cultivator should aspire to it. :D

I'm aiming for that magic 24 hours of deep meditation. At this rate it will take me 10 years, lmao. But hey, I ain't got nothing else but time.

It's sad when you have to bump your own thread as it is not getting the attention that you crave.

Haha it's all good man. Usually people develop different interests waaaay later down the road randomly, so you never know - a hater can become a lover (and vice versa) so I just do my thing and see what happens :D. I appreciate the support though man.
    Haha thanks mate :)

Lmao, if I wanted you attention, I'd make another 4+ page thread on useless bullshit like the other day. Some people here were interested in seeing my progress - I update them every once in a while.

Feel free to block me completely though, lol. But just between me and you, I think you're probably one of my biggest fans.

    Glad it's working for you.

I really need to give it a try. I have so many things I need to try. Thinking about all the things I need to try makes me stressed. I need to do something about my stress. I have so many things I should do to relieve my stress. Thinking about all the ways I've been told to deal with my stress makes me stressed.

    It's a vicious cycle.

I should just stop thinking and meditate.

Okay...don't really get how much of that is totally nonsense and how much is actually something useful. What would you recommend as a meditation beginner? :D

This sounds like both a sex thing and a drug.

So @pewep when are you moving to secluded mountain cave (with wifi) somewhere in asia?

I got serious approach to meditation but it was funny to read. I think it is about subjective experiences. I have been doing basic meditation for two years, almost every day 15-20 minutes, basic stuff like focus on breath and feel the moment and it helped me a lot. There are many studies about meditation and how it help in focus and relaxation (interesting books on this topic "Focus" and "Shallows"). It's definitely worth to try, but don't get into spiritual woo woo trap.

Haha, it's all good man. If you can, do it...but if you can't, don't worry about it either :). These things happen in their own time.

Vipassana is a good introduction to meditation without any potential to cause serious harm. More importantly, it will build up your concentration.
Lol! I really wanna visit China because I heard there are a few schools that still teach these sort of things there. I actually know where to start looking too :). But I want to achieve yin yang gong before going anywhere else.
