Sorry for the lack of updates guys, I just found a 2nd job so I don't have much time to update the thread, I'll do my best to update it more frequently.

UPDATE

So, I thought the earnings would be higher, but I was wrong. Due to coronashit the CPM is terrible at the moment plus I had lots of visits from India
Earnings for 21th of April:

$16.69

I had around 330k pageviews and average CPM was 0.35$

My Instagram page #1 dropped from 500-600 new followers daily to 50-160. I really don't know why, but I saw that a lot of people have the same problem, so I guess it's not my fault.

Number of followers: 120,840

My Instagram page #2 is gaining the momentum, I bought it when it was inactive since January. This week it had around 15k profile visits and I believe I can get it to 100K followers until the end of the summer

Number of followers: 72,000

So, even though the CPM is still terrible, yesterday was the record-day in visits and in earnings.

Average CPM: 0.37

Guys, first of all, I'd like to apologise for not updating the journey. I've been busy to prepare my properties for rental for this touristic season, which I'm not really optimistic for.

I've been working 2 jobs for 2 big media companies, managing their social media and sometimes writing articles. Although it doesn't take much for me to finish those daily tasks, it's really killing my motivation to keep working on my website. Like, one day I work for 13 hours on my website and then I don't work on it for 2-3 days.

I've had some family problems because my family doesn't understand and respect my work so I got in a fight with them. I held my ground and explained everything to them and our relationship improved significantly after the 'talk'. Even though we made-up I told them that I will be leaving my apartment (which is on the 3rd floor of our house) and that I will be going to live in the city, alone, so I can have more freedom and pretty much do whatever the fuck I wanna do, whenever I wanna do.

I'm currently testing new ad network (Header bidding - ADX), so far I'm satisfied with the result as the CPM is 2x times higher than with the previous ad network

So far I've made around 300€ from the website in 2 months - Social media traffic

I've started building links on my website and I even hired a writer because sometimes I'm really not motivated to do the writing by myself and I won't have much time when the summer starts as I will have an additional job - cooking food in my parents' restaurant.

I've used @Finn 's SEO services

So, the summer is close and I'll be swamped with work, I don't know if I will manage to do all the work. Let me explain;

1st job: A big media company in my country, I need to work 2-3 or sometimes 4 hours per day to do the work
2nd job: UK media company, I need to work 2-3 or sometimes 4 hours per day to do the work
2 rental properties (I'll take ownership of the 3rd after summer): I need to greet guests when they come, keep track of my reservations, manage a cleaning lady
3rd job: Grilling food in my parents' restaurant - I need to work 10 hours per day on this

I guess this summer I pretty much won't have a life, but I believe that it will be worth it.

Update

Long time no see guys, a couple of things have changed in the meantime

- My Instagram accounts have recovered and finally started growing again
- Made around 200€ from shoutouts last month
- Made around 200-300€ from my website last month
- Started working in my dad's restaurant
- Started renting my mobile home, and beach umbrellas

SEO services that I've bought in the last 2 months have started bringing traffic on my website, I'm now receiving around 100 users daily on my website which gets me around 600-900 pageviews. I believe that this traffic will keep increasing

Right now I'm getting around 150-220€ daily from my offline assets and around 30-50€ daily from IM.
I would usually be earning more from my offline assets, but corona fucked everything up, so it iss what it issss

I've decided to get into Amazon affiliate for the first time so now I'm in the process of building my website, I've found some cool keywords in the niche that I really love. I'll probably invest 1,000-2,000€ in SEO for this project, maybe even more in the process, who knows.
