Itrader Problem

ok, basically everytime i try to leave an itrader for someone it gives me this message

There were the following errors:
There was an error in your deal details!

Its been happening for ages now, ive filled in all the parts thats needed to be filled in but still get the message, not sure if any others are having this problem but i was just wondering is there anyway to fix it?
