    Oups, I forgot
Well, I have an italian site, a pretty low competition niche, the competition is veeery poor, I had it ranked with my own work on my old site that got penalized (multi niche one). The new site was made on 10 september, bought 20 PBN links on 15 september, links were finished on 25 september. That day, both keywords started to get some serps in google, but guess what ... not google.IT (where I want it to rank), but in google.COM.
The site has veeeery very good on page seo, it's all in italian, lang attribute it-IT, etc, etc, unique article, I took care of everything. But this happened to me the first time, to not get in that google.IT serps.

BTW, the domain is .IT (and basically nobody in the first 10 pages have .IT domain, just me!, so that's a big bonus I believe). It is hosted at hostwinds.com right now, where I had my old penalized site (on the same IP ...), but yesterday I moved all my websites to rankfirsthosting.com, each site on a unique IP, they have actually just one more site to move, and tomorrow I'll completely move from hostwinds to rankfirsthosting.

Best serps in google.COM were 60 and 68, for a few days, then they got back to serps between 100 and 120.

Finally, on 7 october, one of the keywords got serp 113 on google.IT. On 10 october, the other keyword got serps too in google.IT, serp 98. But ... that was just that day, then they got out of google.IT. They are still some days in google.COM, but not always. What the hell should I do? I didn't spam the site, I have like 5 blog comments pointing to my website, 10 web 2.0's made by me, quality ones, and 40-50 contextual links with GSA, but still, quality ones, and some social bookmarks.

If anybody has any idea about this, please post here, I'd really apreciate your help, thanks a lot guys, cheers!

    Salieri.

Make sure you didn't set the country to US on Webmaster tools by mistake.
    Add blogposts with Italian content
Add links from .it (niche related sites)

I don't even have my site in webmasters. Should I add it there? I didn't add it because I've heard some things like it isn't good because it's easier for google to catch you if you do blackhat seo or some shit like that.

A month isn't a long time but if its really low competition then you should be cracking the top ten. I would'nt panic but I would be building more links. 50 + web 2.0s with plenty of content(can be spun)

I rank country specific sites and I always go with local hosting. Lots of people tell me they can rank anywhere with their US shared hosting but I know from my own extensive testing that it makes a big difference. If I wanted to rank in Italy tomorrow I would start with a .it domain and an Italian based server.

I've dealt with SEO/MKT in several languages and what makes a website rank into a specific Google tld is no other than the language and links used on and off site.

All you need to do is get some links from some .it sites; make sure the content in there is in Italian as that will be element that will tell Google about where your site should be ranked. If you have been sending links from English articles or without a context or from .com etc, that could potentially create a confusion. Fixing it is very easy, just make sure to send links from .it and Italian content.

About your hosting... I cannot even believe you had it hosted in the same place as the penalized domain... Try hosting it in an Italian based IP; I'm sure there are plenty of Italy based hosts.

    Best of luck!

Create Google Webmaster Tools for this website (if you don't already have) and choose Italy.

Hi, I used to have a couple of Italian websites hosted in USA, that ranked quite well some years ago. Now they are on 4th and 5th pages, after panda, penguin, etc. Maybe this country-hosting is a new thing introduced recently?

You may want to add your site on GWT and set your location to Italy. Plus, get some authority links from italian sites.
