Issues and obstacles you face in marketing and sales on WhatsApp

Our current core business products are all centered around WhatsApp, and we have tried to cover every aspect as much as possible.

I'd like to know, for those of you who use WhatsApp for marketing and sales, what problems and obstacles have you encountered?
Are there any specific features you particularly need?
We want to add/optimize features and services to our current products based on everyone's needs.

Of course, nothing too extreme, as we also have to adhere to WhatsApp's official policies and rules....

Automated mass group messaging results in account bans
Does ur solution come with a whatsapp account number which is giving otp for user to use so won't matter if it gets suspended?

The biggest issue you will face in WhatsApp marketing is that you will not be able to message many numbers at the same time, if you message many numbers at the same time, your WhatsApp account will be banned. After that, WhatsApp doesn't give you the option to install ads, you can't even install ads on WhatsApp, for that you have to use a different platform, but there is a software that can be used to You can message a lot of people in the same time without banning your account

Yes, all phone verified accounts and we even request reviews for you sending emails and stuff.
Especially for accounts registered with an iPhone, they can typically go through this cycle nearly ten times.
But it takes a few days every time to get the account back. And you're very likely to get a long-term ban (a month or longer) if you don't use it properly, OTP won't work then.
So that's why everybody is doing it with bulk accounts...somewhat cumbersome, but unavoidable.

Btw what kind of auto mass group messaging do you mean? You join a lot of groups first and then send automated messages to those groups?

Are you referring to the API service? I know there are quite a lot of platforms that are API-based. Those are good tools.

If you don't have any options to request a review, you probably got a longer-term ban. Usually you can get it back in 1-2 months.

Wow that is first time I heard a service provider actually gives u the phone number and otp both along with the software since most people just sell the software and you need to source numbers yourself...

Yes I mean like if you have 100 groups you have joined and send a message to all of them then can get ban or even you try make a new group/community and add like 300 people to it then also ban

Got it. We've solved the new group part for our clients, but still can prevent an account from getting banned after sending mass messages to existing groups.....maybe you can only use disposable accounts to do it...

Well, for some people it's not literally "sell", for example, some of our clients doing online casino business...maybe I can use the word convert
