Issue with trustwallet.

So, a client sent 51 USDT to my trustwallet. It is getting shown as the balance but in the transactions tab, it isn't getting shown. Also, when I use my key on other devices to login. the USDT are not getting shown. What might be the issue? I checked my wallet on these transaction sites and the transaction did legit happen via TRC 20. What might be the issue here?

Could be the wrong blockchain? Try checking your wallet public key on tron scan. If it is there, it's fine.

ps. you will need trx to move your usdt from your wallet though.

This is a fairly common error with them. Happens to me all the time.

Trustwallet is full of issues unfortunately, but if the balance shows the money is there then it usually is. (Wait for 10 minutes and double-check always)

You can always check with etherscan or tronscan (or with whatever USDT they used to pay you).

I know. I bought some TRX from Binance and transferred them to trustwallet for gas fees.

Did you check tronscan? Try importing the address in "Tronlink" app perhaps. Like @INCC said, trustwallet sometimes is buggy and slow.

Checked on tronscan only. Just noticed that it is getting shown under the transfers tab and not the transactions tab.

That's probably coz it's a TRC20 token. For TRC10 tokens it will show under transactions:

It looks fine from the blockchain perspective. May be just get Tronlink wallet if trustwallet doesn't work.
