So have you filled in the captcha? if you do then you know what they want. They might want documents, they might want a phone number of they might want friend id. Seriously you need to do the captcha before asking a question.

They will ask you to verify your phone, name and probably some friend you have.

This happened because of spam, you liked, commented a lot of stuff.

Firstly, you have to consider if it's worth saving. Is it a 5k friends account with page(s) on it? You'll have to verify the phone number that was on it, they MIGHT ask you to verify the name with an ID, and they'll show you pictures of friends on the account and ask you for their name (variation).

If you don't have access to the phone number, I'd say move on, and try to think of what you were doing with the account in the weeks leading up to when it got blocked. So that you ensure that you do not do it again.

Their systems are pretty tight man. You have to be sure you are getting your accounts from a reputable source, or correctly creating them if doing it yourself.

You appear a little behind the curve on this, as most newer online marketers often find themselves. That's why BHW is such a great resource for you, but you need to diligently research this quite a bit more. Not only do you need to ensure you know how/why this happened, but you need to start thinking about workarounds and solutions so you don't end up losing an account with a lot more inherent value.

You need to know about PVA accounts, and how best to utilize them in your marketing efforts. That information is here. BHW is a smorgasboard of useful tidbits, but you do have to troll a bit to find the right threads with relevant questions and answers.

I'd say that account is toast, but start looking into the things I said, and once you have a better overall plan - then go gangbusters on it.

its common now. Its not new. You will need to get a lot more accounts as you will be losing them. Don't get too worried about them, it's just how FB is now. You won't beat their system so you have to adapt to it. The other way is to get some very old accounts ( 4 or 5 years) that have been used a lot. They are less likely to be blocked.
