My dad pass away back in 1991 & my mum pass away in August 4th this year.
    God bless them.
Do them good when they are still alive or you will regret later when they pass away.

My dear mum passed away 3 years ago now, may her soul RIP. Still miss her everyday.

Never knew my pops, he passed away when I was just a few months old.

Treat your parents with respect and cherish them, coz you never know how much time you have left together.

Same thing goes for your loved ones.

This kind of post will always touch me.

My dad passed away in 2001.
I am now living with my mother.
I will never let her live alone no matter what, though it is actually a 'loss' for me.
We live in a remote country where the net connection is very limited.
I have asked her to move with me in a 'better' place (actually it's just better net options)
But there's no better place for her except this old house where she spent her entire live.

    The above posts are right.

I used to 'fight' with my father, I was the worst kid in my family.
God knows how I regret that.
I wish he knows how now I support my mom and my family.

With IM I'm the only one in the family who have "stable more then enough" income.
I spent most of my money to support the entire family.
Right now my oldest sister is fighting with cancer.
I arrange to send her back here to have better treatment and cure.
She will move here next month, and I'll be the one who take the responsibilities especially for the bills.

Deep down inside me, I only want to prove to my dad (though I know it's late already).
I was the kid who never care about anything except me.
But now I'm the man who take his place in the family taking care our entire family.

I don't even know why I post this... it will only make me cry.. :)

God belss you and your family.

Yes, thank god. I think it will be very difficult to go on with my life if one of my parents die. I'm very close with them, if im gonna buy house i will buy one close to them. And everyday before i go to work or after work i will greet them and talk a bit before i return to my own home.

You guys are so lucky to of had fathers you loved well enough to miss them after death. My father on the other hand is a f****ing A-Hole! There won't be much shed tears here when he croaks.

May everyone here thats lost a parent or loved one rest in piece.

I lost my gramps a year ago on tuesday we were very close, I have cherished every
second that I get to spend with my mum and dad since.

They are both of my heroes and I would be nothing without them! Make every day count
    and remember every second.
