Is Wordpress the right way to go, or is there a better alternative?

    Hey all,

    Hope my question is okay, and not too 'noob'.

    Basically, I am just about to start out in the world of niche marketing, and as I need a solution that neatly accomodates Adsense and lots of content, I figured that placing a WP package on each of my domains may be a good way to go.

    I am pretty useless at SEO, so I also wanted to ask do WP sites need extra 'in site SEO' (i.e. metatags etc.) or will good content and spending time creating links on social sites etc. be sufficient to please the Big G?

    I just want to make sure this is the right route before I spend any serious time on them.

    Thanks in advance.

    WP is the way to go for seo. especially with the plug ins available. I have 2 blogs with #1 spot for 3 word keywords with little backlinks

    Awesome, thanks Cody.

    Please may I ask 2 questions;

    1) do your keywords 'match' your domain name (I am just interested in general, can't make my mind up if I need to keep registering new domains for each niche)

    2) I am new to plugins, any in particular you could recommend please?

    Thanks again.
