Is wordpress safe for DCMA and content locking (CPA)?

    Been finding a good and trustworthy web hosting but I couldn't just find...

    Anyways please answer my question thanks in advance!

    If i am right i saw a BST thread about DMCA free hosting. Do a search in hosting section. If you don't see one there host in country where cyber law is not so strict. And also make sure your hoster is not affiliated with other US/UK based hosting company. Most of the offshore hosting companies are resellers. The best way to find is by checking there IP address.

    If you're talking about wordpress.com then no, they are not safe to use, because they can delete your site at any given time.
    Just use a self hosted wordpress solution and host it on offshore servers. Easy as that!

    if you mean hosting by wordpress then no.If you mean using just a template of wordpress then yes

    it is not word press that is endangered by DCMA - it is your content.
