    Hey guys,

So I've always wanted to get into adult blogging, but without access to hundreds of beautiful women and studios and whatnot, I cannot produce my own content...

If all I had was a simple blog, with some adult ads, and pictures taken from "the web"(sites like busty bay), nude and non-nude, would I risk getting into trouble?

I used the search function and found several similar threads... but none similar enough.

    Thanks for helping!

How safe are you being (at protecting your identity)? Proxies, fake name for your blog owner, etc?

I am not so sure but I guess you may land in trouble depending upon the country you are in

Thanks for the replies. I'm curious how these other sites get away with it...?

Depends on whether the originator of the content has found them or not and bothered to try and get them taken down.

If you don't have the rights to the pictures, then yes. However, I highly doubt someone is going to come serving you a Cease & Desist letter. Get offshore hosting that doesn't give a shit about DMCA policies too. You'll be good to go and making some good money if you stick with it.

If you will be using a stolen content, you may face very serious problems. On the other hand, all adult affiliate programs will provide you a ton of legal copyrighted content (image/video) which you can freely use on your webpages/blogs etc to promote their paysites. This is the only 100% legal way to do this. PM me if you are inserted in automation software that will let you run your legal adult blogs/tubes/image boards etc on autopilot.

if you sign up with their affiliate programs and promote them, then they will give you access to all the content you need in some cases.

Thanks again for the assistance guys. Going to try to find some threads I saw before for more affiliate info. I can't PM yet or else I'd pm you CyberSEO :(

On a side note, the specific site I mentioned before (bustybaycom), is based (seemingly) entirely on user submissions. In this way, I feel their TOS absolves them of guilt for any protected content, so long as they comply with any DMCA-type takedown notices. Having said that I'm not a lawyer... Any thoughts on this subject? I can't see any other way that sites like BHW could run, they can't just shut down a public forum if a member posts something they don't own the writes to?

You MIGHT get a DMCA notice.. but that's it. Nobody is going to take you to court over it. Unless you are raking in thousands of dollars per day or something.
