If i create some videos, watermark them with a domain and forward the domain to an incentive offer .. is that allowed with the CPA networks? I will only forward the domains to incentive offers!

It depends what you mean by some videos if they are copyrighted videos then you might get in some trouble but if not that your fine.

Yea i mean my own videos, i thought i would be fine doing it :) .. Im gunna start now, earn some big bucks!

As long as it isn't mentioned, that youtube or community network isn't allowed and the CPA isn't limited to some sorts of traffic I don't think you will run into trouble, except with youtube perhapse.

own videos are fine,
if it`s stated in the terms of the website you upload to otherwise, then it`s blackhat :)

you might want to talk w/your account advisor if that's allowed, because technically you are misleading people if they think they are clicking on domain a and instead go to domain b. But if the videos are relevant to what you are trying to sell, it might not be a problem.
(For example: If the videos are about making money trading in old gold jewelry and the click takes someone to a we-pay-for-gold offer, then no prob. If it takes them to a porn site, big problem.)
