Really thankful for any help identifying. It's so so recognizable. I see some flashcoms in it, and it kinda reminds me of phpFox.

I basically want to copy them for my own site, and I swear that's a basically off-the-shelf script with not alot of aftermarket work done.

It appears as if the website you listed is running on Dolphin 7. I'm actually 100% positive it is (check /administration/). It's open source, btw.

Glad I could be of assistance.

Yep, it's dolphin, I built a few off dolphin, it's probably one of the best ones out there compared to all the other social networking type scripts

    Thanks so much!

So my next question - would copying what they've done be difficult?

I just need their look to start. I do have money to invest, so I'm just looking to see what it would cost realistically to have that site, with a few slight changes such as toning down the sexiness with the graphics. Mostly color and text changes.

I've worked with a bunch of stuff but I'm really just wanting to get this done and I have projects everywhere. ;) I'm thinking there could be a template/theme close to what they're using already out there that can be purchased. Am I wrong in this?

Anyone who can point me towards copycatting that look as a springboard for my own effort would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not too familiar with Dolphin to be honest, but I would imagine you just rip his CSS and images and you're good to go. You will probably have to add some templating tweaks but nothing major.
