They have their own propriety article 'spinning' program on their site.
You need to write 1 article with x numbers of paragraphs and then rewrite 2 more copies of the same article with same number of paragraphs. They then, can mix up these 3 different articles and paragraphs to make thousands of readable articles which they then submit to, depending on what your article is about, thousands of sites. All while avoiding the dreaded duplicate content boogieman.
You can pace the submissions 50 a day, 100 a day or even all at once.
They will also send articles, written by their members, with an RSS feed to your site, so you can have fresh content.
My experience,
I put together a Payday Loan site, wrote 7 original articles, reworked them through article wizard and let them submit.
Within 30 days I was on page two of Yahoo through my main keyword - competing with over 20 million pages. And using no PPC. Since then, I have continued writing articles and am close to page 1 and slowly moving up on Google.
If you know how competitive Payday loans are you will understand that using their method can be quite powerful.
Its not entirely Blackhat, use this to give your your main sites links and cred so they will will stick, it takes some work, but by using this and some BH in the right way....
There is much more to it than what I explained here, but it has worked for me.
