Porn is good to go on Twitter. Plenty of popular porn posting accounts. I'm pretty sure you just have to check a button in your account settings to show that it is 18+ only.
Pinterest (this may have changed) is also good to go for NSFW photos, however you WILL get suspended if you post hardcore pics. They want the pictures to be artsy, so think of girls naked in nature etc.

Good to know, I haven't really used Twitter all that much. Perhaps it too is worth exploring with my niche. Thanks.
