    Hey everyone!

I am just wondering if the translated content is considered original? For example, if there are some articles written in my local language (not spoken by many) would they be considered original if translated into English? Would there be some problems?

    Thanks!

    Awesome!
Just one more question : Is it problem if I take it from a popular website? It's like 5th in my country and just like 10000th in the world (according to Alexa).

Yes, it works as original. I have tested this before.

I scrape articles using scrapebox article plugin, and mass translated. 90% get indexed and rank pretty well on search engine. The only problem, it does not very readable :D

Doesn't matter it is from popular or not popular website.

    AMAZING NEWS! :D

It's alright. My website is doing quite good, so I won't put any crap there. Since I'm quite good with both languages, I will translate articles manually and post them. In that way, they will have correct grammar so it will be cool.

Damn...I should've gotten this idea before lol.

    Thanks for your reply!

many people do it mate and they doing well. just when you translate take care of not using translator but translate the meaning of the article with your own words. it will be 100% original. just do any plagiarism check before you post it, just in case to be sure that it have no phrases that match with some other text (sometimes it happens just by luck) if it happens just change the phrase that matches and you will be fine.
    good luck

If you translate it manually not with Google Translate, you can get a pretty decent content which will work very well.
With Google translator or other translator it's a little bit different...I wouldn't use Google translator for my Blog.

It might be "seen" as original by the crawlers, but it is still plagiarism. If you're okay with that then yes, it might work for you.

Translated content will be unique content alright, but you need to make edits and ensure your content reads right and do not contain a lot of grammatical mistakes. Overall, this technique used to work very well 2-3 years back, but I do not see many using this as of now. Anyways let us know about your experience, and also, where are you using these contents? Thank you.

If you are doing it manually I do not see any problem. I am also sure that the resulting content will be of pretty decent quality at the least. Good luck!
