Should i go for Traffic Travis PRO to analyse websites for it's off-page seo and other things?
I think the price for $99 / year is good. Traffic Travis pro can also check serp rankings right?
so is this the best seo tool for analysing or are there better ones?

I can't say for sure, I've been using the free version and it's good. Haven't tried the pro version.

I've never used Traffic Travis but another option to consider would be SEO spyglass.

Personal experience: SEO spyglass, first year is free, but you need to pay every year. Traffic Travis... I think is cheaper in long run.
