    Hi Guys,
I can't make my mind up on this or whether I want to use it and would appreciate any thoughts.

Basically I've found a free to register domain that has a ******** link from a PR5 page on quite a high powered & very trustworthy site (it's a proper website belonging to a very well known organisation). The link is by virtue of a misspelling in the a href formation of the link, as far as I can see it's been there for ages.

The page giving the link is PR5 with majestic scores of 38 & 48, and AHREFS of 99.94, there are 27 outbound links on the page.
The root of the site is PR6 with majestic scores of 45 & 57 and ahrefs 99.94.

Would this domain 301'd to a money site pass a lot of juice do you think, since the domain only has the one link, all be it a good one, or would it be negligible?

    Thanks

Hint: 301 and Anchor texts pass almost the same amount of juice.

The domain costs less than U$ 10. If you think it's relevant, why not risk it? What's U$ 10, three bigmacs?

It depends on your budget. If you got it, go for it. If it doesn't work out, just sell links from the domain on backlink marketplaces like textlinkads.

i think it will be better to make it a normal website, without ads, and just 1 anchor link to your main money maker website.

    Thanks guys.

It's the hassle of buying it, setting a site on it or redirecting it, etc, if it doesn't do anything.

    I'll have a ponder.
