Hey guys i've been thinking and thinking.Here's on what:
I can get 15k friend accounts for only 30$ or maybe 50$
Is it worth it?

There is no such thing as a 15k friend account, the limit is 5k friends per account. If you want quality accounts with targeted friends then don't expect to pay less than $100 per account. If you want 5k friends without any demographics then $35-$50 is reasonable

well the friends on the FB accounts aren't targeted but they are real ones and actives
I could get an 5k account for like 10$ or maybe 15$
Just want to know if it's worth it before i start doing these
