Maybe I'm an idiot or maybe this is worth something to someone, either why I don't know enough so I thought I would pass it along. if its worthless, then its the thought that counts right?

Nah just kdding, it's just Mirrors by Facebook of a bunch of Open Source stuff like Apache, Fedora, Putty etc.

Actually anyone can mirror this stuff, and it's a decent way to get high PR backlinks if you can spare the bandwidth. Many official sites "List of Mirrors" pages have around PR7/8, and they will link your mirror on it.

I have done it before and got an easy PR6 first update, so while the Facebook discovery is nothing this still may provide info many are not aware of.
