IS this website hard to outrank?

you have to pay 200-300k $ per month on adwords just to get the first page results.

The website that is on the first page first result has linkprofile like this

now does anybody know how i can with a brand new domain name, there is no emd left. Outrank the first page first result website, in a 2-3 month period time ?

the profits are huge, people are banking 30k a month at least, how do i know i fucking read the website owners blog and he out himself, he is donating his profits to charity

It appears to have quite a poor backlink profile. Though its hard to see what kind of anchor text the site is using from that screenshot, I would imagine it has quite targeted anchor text, possibly links from a private network.

I don't imagine that it would be that difficult to outrank that particular site, provided you produce good content in whatever niche this in. If you can't get a EMD, go for a brand-able domain. I see it as a feasible but not easy task.

To my mind with fresh domen and new site it's imposible to get to any worthy top, because it would take week or two to get indexed (or more), than you'll need some traffic and social media signals (google+ strongly recomended), buy links or build link pyramid and theeen it would be something. From my experience after two month you will see some low and mid competition keywords in top 10, and after six month may be 60-70% of your keywords will be in top.
Numbers may change, because of region, keywords, language etc, etc,etc.

P.S.: I'm not saying that it would be hard. But it will take time and money.
