    Is it true that linkbucks pays you even if the person who visits your link doesn't click skip?

    I believe it's true, it pays when people view the advertisements, and the ads are on the page that says skip.

    Even if the users don't click on the ads, they still see it. However, the rate would be higher if the users click the ads.
