    Hi guys :(

I am sorry to say that i am here with some bad news this time.I just received an Email from GM(GuppyMedia) which said that they have updated their rules. At first, i was not scared , but after reading their rules ssection, i am out of words ..Dont think i am exaggerating guys, i haven't ever read anything like it in any CPA company. All right, enough of boring introduction, now the rules page : https://gg.directtrack.com/partners/agree_to_terms.html?next=/partners/

According to me, there is no way we can beat their rules as they are asking proof of traffic, etc now. They are even gonna flag accounts which have higher click through rates it seems :(

Please have a proper read and discuss some unbeatable ways of tackling those stupid rules guys.I think all CPA companies will imply those terms and soon we are all gonna get busted i guess :smashfrea

I don't see the rules page. That page does not show rules.

It shouldn't effect black hat SEO at all, if they want proof of traffic. Black hat SEO only makes the engines rank your spam pages high, when they'd rather ban or downrank 'em. So just show the network your butt-kickin' SE ranks, and that's that. They don't have to know how many zillion links you xrumered all over the place to GET those great SE ranks...

Black hat lead gen like CL posting or cookie stuffing, on the other hand, may be in big danger, assuming your description of the rules is accurate (the rules page isn't coming up in that link for me, either, and I can't find a link to them on their site).

I think that sucks. Because as someone who does SEO, I'd rather have all my competition on CL rather than in the engines!

I think he means that an end to BH in general would be upon us, because getting leads, we would have to show proof of traffic I.E: PPC campaign pictures, traffic pictures etc.

So BH SEO, this forum, would be dead.

I'm sure any such thing would be figured out in 10 seconds or less by BHW's fine (and shysty) members if it became necessary

I can practically see all the Photoshops opening as I type this.

showing a cpa company where you get your traffic from is stupid. if you are sending quality leads to a company, then they should leave you alone.

Dude this is BHW, so we will be using CL, fake bot traffic or cheap traffic, framed traffic , etc..so that wont help me at all, but thanks for replying :)

Lol, if you see the fine print at all companies nowadays, they are pretty much the same as those you posted. This does not mean that they will be strictly enforced.

His point, and it is a solid one, is simply to be Firm in saying.." You want proof or my business?" ... dont let them jerk you around. there are plenty of other networks waiting to jump in and gain ground. It's a long way from dead...

    Thanks.

It does seem pretty draconian! I would hope the rest of the industry doesn't follow suit, not just because it'd be harder to pawn off iffy leads, but because it makes it WAY too easy for the network to make up "reasons" not to pay. But that network isn't one of the ones that always seems to come up when people ask "what CPA networks are any good" so it's probably not an industry leader like Hydra, NeverBlue, Copea c. Maybe the others will ignore them (except for their best pals).

But I highly doubt BH (or BHW) will be ended...it's here that I read about stuff like adding junk traffic into the mix... I would think that should still work. And I'm sure any referrer-faking that's needed will be explained in some thread (if one of the methods that're already here won't work).

I have confidence that those with more skill than I have at washing their leads will conquer such a challenge without much trouble.

Of course, if the network's real idea is to just SAY all leads are bad so they don't have to pay (which I suspect is the long-range plan whenever I see such draconian terms), then all the tricks on Earth won't help. Some networks and merchants set up terms like that just to be able to claim everything was fraudulent so they can make off with the money.

well I doubt you speak on behalf of all Chinese people seeing as you just probably insulted the whole country... but If you mean "ignorant guys" instead of "Chinese guys" then here goes.. "YOU ARE VALUE TO PARTNER, BE STRONG LIKE A TREE"

This thread has few questions from my side..you call this thread stupid, so indirectly you are calling my questions as stupid ..for your information friend, there are no such things as stupid questions , but there are stupid answers :D
As dear sOap has said CPA companies might cut us out of their network if they find our traffic source..so now please give us a proper answer dude :).

Also please give us networks that u said were not too strict.

I might be ignorant here but how is blackhat seo going bye bye because a company called guppy media changes tos? I would rather work with big fish? I never heard of guppy media, all networks question your traffic if its better than the merchant itself. I always run ppc and some cheap traffic so I have my grounds covered. So what a tos change who doesn't change them? You need to learn to be a innovative bh'r if something has changed well change ur method don't just give up and wait to be banned, thats kinda stupid. learn to open your mind get your reading glasses and start reading in the bh seo part of this forum

well, people are like cattle. If one starts something, others do the same. So, my fear is that, now all companies might imply thisi n their TOS and give pain to our asses..But, you are correct in your points dude :)
