A year ago (June 10) I bought a shared hosting from WHT. On December 01 I open a ticket on this shared hosting and the guy fixed the problem in no time. Then on March 08 I open another ticked and I'm still waiting for his answer. My hosting expire on June 10 and still I didn't get the invoice to pay for renew the service. I open another ticked asking how should I renew the hosting but still no answer. Is this shared hosting going to expire? Should I backup my PBN?
