I have a TIER1 Page (1st)

I bought 400 link package from domain1.com's SEO package 1


I have another TIER1 Page (2nd)
A).is it wise to buy a 400 link package from domain1.com SEO package 1 again?
B) Should i buy from a totally different set of links from domain2.com SEO package?

Will the link sources inside the package be actually the very same?

If so, go for totally different.
