You can have the lowest keyword competition in the whole world, but the bottom line is how would you monetize the traffic?

What kind of keyword is this? Is it a buyer centric keyword or a very generic keyword?

well, without giving too much details. I could sell a product off those keywords, and also monetize threw product review links im thinking.
the product i can make for fairly cheap. you can also use this product also in tons of stuff. and the things i can review off amazon are decent price so i can make money off both. seems like win win.

Sounds like a winner then. See if you can find a few similar keywords like this one, get a brand domain and build up a site for this niche.

That's good - make sure to get a decent branded domain, don't go for anything silly like, thebestwaytolosebellyfatquickly.com.....EMD's still work, but it's so 2008.

If those metrics are true I'd go for it no matter what. Even Adsense will give you something back for the relatively small amount of effort you'd need to rank this. Seems too good to be true though.
