    Hi,

Someone is spamming my blog selling Clickbank products.

I'll give you an example, he made a exact clone of the Auto Traffic Avalanche probably with httrack. The website is selling it using his own paypal account instead of selling it through clickbank. I guess he just sends a automatic email after linking to http://autotrafficavalanche.com/members/welcome.php

Is this illegal? If so do you think anything will happen? I have a millions of unique domains and i think i could make $300+ from this daily easily.

Ofcourse it's illegal, paypal will ban you after original owner or someone else reports you.

Yes, it is most definitely illegal.

That would be like me going to an all you can eat buffet, paying the $10.95 to get "all I can eat" and then standing at the door of the restaurant charging people per plate, serving them food from the buffet.

Or, if you want to keep the medium the same, it would be like be charging for access to the members section of a site where you can download Microsoft, Adobe & other premium softwares for a one time fee.

lol :) i checked my list and i couldn't find crazyflx.com on it.

You need to add http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/si-captcha-for-wordpress to your site, that stopped all the spam i got to my site.

I still don't think this is illegal (if it is, then i don't think its a possible prison sentence) mainly because its their fault, all the guy is doing is linking to their site. Also would they really sue? http://autotrafficavalanche.com for a example is a piece of crap that scams people in my opinion. Giving false stories and lying to people. They even say in their video they are selling software and there is no software with it.
