Its a spam page creator... the pages look pretty crappy in quality to me. I doubt they would fool anyone, and getting them indexed would probably be next to impossible with such low quality content. I would look in the member downloads section for cloaking/content generators.. theres a lot I can think of that will produce at least content that is slightly higher in quality.
