Okay. So I'm only a teen and my dad has been looking into the CPA stuff I do.

I have a website where I have set up an iframed CPA offer, and it tells the user that they will get a free gaming account if they submit their email.

My dad looked into this, and he said it's fraud and he's pissed. He thinks the FBI will come knocking on our door.

He says it is fraud because I am being deceptive.

Fraud - a fraud is an intentional deception made for personal gain or to damage another individual.

He says that I am lying to people because they really aren't getting a free gaming account.

Am I done for? If anyone can provide solid proof that this isn't fraud, then that would be great. However, I'm beginning to think what he says is true. He's gonna make me shut down my website, etc.

While I'm not totally sure if it qualifies for fraud, I don't think your dads gonna let you get out of this one. The biggest mistake you made was letting him know...

If by "iframed offer", you are just displaying a single part of the offer, like just the email + submit box, then yes this is fraud for sure. If you are showing the entire offer and the user knows what offer they are completing, then I'm not sure if its fraud or not.

Even if it is, theres no chance in hell the FBI will get involved...

LOL? Yes it is a kind of fraud, because the advertiser doesnt get the people they want and the person who entered info does not get what they were offered.... you should never haved showed a blackhat page to your dad. no the fbi will not knock down your door over this. The thing is since the people entering the information are not paying you, they have been defrauded out of about 20 seconds of time. Its basically false advertising.

I needed some investments from my bank account, so I transferred $100 to my paypal for hosting, domain, etc. Then I had to explain myself.

Wow, are you joking? If you think the FBI would come knocking on your door because you didn't live up to your word, you shouldn't be trying anything blackhat.

I would suggest reading more about what blackhat is. Blackhat is different than something illegal. This board doesn't discuss illegal topics for the most part such as carding, spamming, phishing, etc, so anything here "shouldn't" be illegal. Are a lot of things here deceptive? Yes. But you have a lot to learn about BH if you think something as small as a deceptive site offering someone a game is going to land your ass in jail.

I guess I'll just do WH shit for now.

He is really nosy. He even knows that I'm outsourcing for AC.

I guess that's all I can do for the rest of my teen life...

    Ah well, a good $30 a day isn't bad.

However, it could have been much more with blackhat CPA.

I guess I'll get back into BH when I'm 18.

they buy it and are fine with me transferring money from bank accounts. my mom is going with me in a few days to open myself up an account just for IM

edit: its not like im lying, its just they dont know the means of how i do it

If he knows youre writing articles for AC without you telling him, he is either checking your email, checking your history, or has a keylogger installed. I doubt its a keylogger, so change your email password and clear your history every time you log off and do whatever the fuck you want!

Yeah, like ePassPorte. I'm not sure which networks support it, but you can get your own VISA card from them in the mail (get it before your parents do) and theyll never know you're getting money!
