Is this domain redirected or not?

Guys, I have a question.

I found a PR3 domains with excellent stats but when i visited the site, it came to this http://www.tiikoni.com/tis/view/?id=0464add

Should i buy the domain? Was it redirected or not? This si found on Godaddy.

No anyone can give you proper answer without analyzing the domain that you believe is having pr3.

So, would you mind sending me to proper check it? Trust me I'll not gonna register it. lol

Without the actual domain name, it's difficult to tell whether it's redirected or not.

yeah you can't give an insight unless there is the actual domain name

artourqld.com is the domain

I don't care if someone found it then registered it because i can always find new domains. Its not like I'm hard up but i need to know the answer for this because I'm always seeing domains like that and I don't know whether to register or not

Well, Just had a quick analysis on the site. It does not redirects, and its 1 year old domain with PA - 30, DA -17, TF -14, CF - 21..etc.. Can't say whether to buy or not, until know the purpose you would like to use.
