I found this while looking something else:
It sounds like the same type of single database engine as linkubator, but I think it has one exception that I think makes it better: Your random links can be more than simple text links, you can set them up to look like RSS feed output. If you visit the page you'll see what I mean.
The only thing I'm not sure of is when somebody clicks on a link in the SE results and goes to your page but your information paragraph has "randomized" to something different, will it hurt your rankings.
Or, what if we set up a simple links page (filled with your randomizing links) and link to the page from the index. It might help the link juice to your sites, but it won't appear to be constantly updating information on your index page.
