Most of the traffic came from Peru. Is Peru your target location? If yes, then it is worth it. Else, my answer is no.

8.4 Million backlinks, Authority - 54, Referring domains -22k, and organic traffic - 1.1k per month looks a little funky... Even if you pay $25, I am doubtful will it helps you.

Traffic is not right. I looks to me like this site was build on an expired domain and the owner turned it into a zombie site.
