Hi to all just want a confirmation since i speak with my manager

1- making a phpbb newsgroup do not help to be indexed
2- sitemap no more
3- submit in rss does not matter clean cookies change ip all the time

Key is content is all of those 1-2-3 are thrue or false please (just for infos)
