So.. What you are seeing is the SEO competition for the keywords "Earn Money" in my country, and in my language.

The one with 285 backlinks is a horrible blogspot page.

The #1 page contains a single landingpage.

What say you BHW?



I have allready started on my project btw. Just wanted to get your verdict.
The site will have lots of relevant content.

Go for it! 1month with the right strategy and you will be no1 easily!

The keyword gets about 140 searches daily.

Any tips on how to monetize it?

ATM I'm cramming my reviews with different affiliate links.

This is just a quicky idea. You could always go over to the d/l section get some PLR on making money and translate it, make a few reports which you can sell for $7 a piece. At 140 per day, considering that you may get around 60 clicking on your page if you are no 1 in G's serps, and at a pessimistic conversion rate of 5% that should net you at least 3 sales per report per day. But you may get a much higher conversion seeing as everything is in your language.

Oh, and once you're established you could do what all great internet marketing "gurus" do and start up a course but do it in your own language.

I will definatly put up some adsense. But i believe the keyword is too good to be making a junk site with some adsense on. My visitors want to learn how to earn money, and i intend to give them that.. kinda...

One example:

I review and promote a method to "exploit" fulltilt poker's bonus system. Sign up with my bonus code and get 100% on your first deposit, then transfer it back to your account if you like (semi-lie).

I bet there are lots of gullible people who would fall for that.

Look at my ranking. The site was launched about 4 days ago, and i have yet to build any backlinks. On page SEO is exquisit though.

Hmm this got me thinking.. I just did a search in my country for "Earn Money online" and the 2nd position is actually a forum thread dated back 2006. However I got a question. How can I make sure my site appear in my country for "Earn money online" instead of the web?

It doesn't hurt getting top results for the keyword on an international search engine.

You can use Google Webmaster Tool to determine the geographical target of your site though.

Wouldn't it be too difficult to rank with "Earn money online" on international search engine with 24millions results.

Thank you. I got indexed sooner than I had anticipated, but currently I'm writing reviews in my own language on how to make money online. Every article has some kind of affiliate link in it. I will put up adsense if i get more than 200 uniques per day.

The site got indexed 12 hours ago, so it is too early to tell what converts. I'm writing reviews as fast as I can.
