Is this a WP plugin or what?

    I was looking at the header of this site: www.freddiew.c0m/

    It's a WP based site, using one of the the basic Elegants Theme. What I don't understand is if for the header (I mean the Twitter, Facebook, RSS, Youtube links part) they used a Wordpress plugin or a customized header made with Dreamweaver or a program like that...any help is really appreciated.

    ^^ yep. They most likely used Wordpress's internal theme editor to do the modification, or maybe used FTP to bypass wordpress's theme editor.
